A Smarter Alternative to Traditional Prerequisites
Bridge the knowledge gap for students entering graduate programs with flexible, self-paced online modules in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, and more. Whether students need a refresher or lack a business background altogether, academic leveling helps them start with confidence while saving time and money.
Each subject is delivered as a standalone module. Institutions can assign only the subject relevant to their program or bundle multiple modules to support broader readiness goals.
Unlike traditional prerequisites or entrance exams, academic leveling provides an affordable, accreditation-aligned solution that’s easy to implement. With modular design, embedded assessments, and no need for additional textbooks or platforms, our approach supports both learners and faculty.

How Academic Leveling Supports Accreditation Standards
When students enter graduate programs unprepared for advanced coursework, it may lead to poor outcomes, repeated failures, and low confidence, therefore ultimately affecting retention.
Accrediting bodies emphasize the importance of appropriate admissions standards, student success, and assurance of learning. Academic leveling helps institutions meet these expectations by:
- Strengthening admissions standards without creating barriers.
- Demonstrating and documenting academic preparation and student success through embedded assessments and support.
- Improving retention and completion rates by preparing students from day one.

Empowering Student Success Together
Fully Contained and Measurable Reporting
Each Academic Leveling Module includes built-in pre- and post-assessments that help ensure students complete and understand the material. Institutions receive detailed reports showing student performance by module, including a clear breakdown of pre-test and post-test results.

Popular Implementation Models
No two programs are alike. That’s why our modules are designed to be flexible. Here are four popular implementation approaches.

Pre-Admission Requirement
Require students to complete specified modules before program entry to ensure baseline knowledge.

Inbound Assessment Model
Use our assessment to identify individual student gaps and assign only the modules needed—an efficient option that supports preparedness.

Co-Requisite Course Integration
Embed modules into an introductory course as a required learning component during the first term.

Course-Level Supplementation
Integrate individual modules into specific core courses to reinforce foundational concepts early in the term.
