EvaluSkills uses a 360-degree evaluation approach tailored for higher education. Commonly used in professional settings, this method gathers feedback from multiple perspectives. Evaluators may include faculty, internship supervisors, peers, mentors, and others who have observed the student’s performance.
Students complete a self-assessment and then compare their results against aggregated feedback from their evaluators. This comparison helps identify strengths and areas for growth, offering a more holistic and objective understanding of their soft skills. The assessment is a natural fit for:

To ensure reliable results, EvaluSkills requires a minimum of two evaluators in addition to the self-assessment. We recommend inviting 5+ evaluators to make the most out of the assessment.
The platform interface is currently available only in English. However, institutions have the option to translate customizable elements such as rubrics, evaluator emails, and instructions into other languages.
