The Inbound/Outbound assessment model allows programs to measure student learning from the start of the program through completion, offering greater insight into student achievement and growth.
While using both assessments helps institutions track changes over time, the model is flexible. General Education Programs can implement the Outbound assessment on its own when a single measurement is the better fit.
