A Case Study in Continuous Improvement

Discover how Baker College uses data-driven assessments to meet IACBE benchmarks and boost learning outcomes.

Baker College leverages Peregrine's assessments for strategic alignment with IACBE standards.

IACBE emphasizes the importance of a systematic approach to assessing and advancing the quality of business education. The accreditation process requires institutions to develop and implement an Outcomes Assessment Plan (OAP) tightly integrated with their strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts. This plan must be grounded in quantifiable data that can be analyzed to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Our presentation explores the strategic alignment of Peregrine's assessments with IACBE's accreditation standards, illustrating a robust pathway for continuous improvement in business education.

Through Baker College's experiences, participants will explore the strategic application of assessment outcomes in curriculum development, faculty engagement, and student achievement. We'll provide practical insights and methods for utilizing assessments for accreditation success and educational excellence.
