As a Client Solutions Advisor, Courtney Argento believes strong partnerships begin with understanding what each institution is trying to accomplish. In her work, Courtney is committed to making the decision-making process collaborative and focused on each institution's unique goals. With her experience, she’s a trusted resource for all clients navigating the path to achieve and maintain accreditation.

As a first-generation college graduate from Gillette, Wyoming, Courtney earned her Associate of Arts in Psychology from Gillette College before continuing her education at the University of Wyoming, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her education gives her insight into how people weigh competing priorities and make decisions. She applies that understanding to help clients work through complex questions, clarify what matters most to their institution, and move forward with greater confidence in their decisions.

Also, Courtney spent four years as an Early Childhood Instructor before joining Peregrine, supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities as they developed essential life skills. The role required her to recognize individual differences and earn the trust of children and families over time. She carries that experience into her work with clients by building strong relationships and providing individualized guidance as institutions evaluate their options and determine the best path forward.

She values quality time spent with her sisters, her husband and their three energetic dogs at home. At home, Courtney enjoys cooking, baking, reading, traveling, playing card games, listening to music, and watching movies. Above all, she enjoys spending time with the people she cares about most, especially on sunny days surrounded by fresh flowers.
