Jeffrey (Jeff) L. Vigil

Jeff Vigil has served as a Director since March 2025. Jeff is a financial veteran with more than forty years of financial management experience in both startup/development-stage and operating-stage enterprises. He previously served in various financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Westwater Resources Inc., Energy Fuels Inc. and Koala Corporation, all publicly listed companies. During his career, he was responsible for financial reporting, management reporting, debt and equity financing, tax planning and compliance, treasury functions and risk management. Jeff also managed financial and operational due diligence for numerous business acquisitions and divestitures. He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
