Sarah Bailey

Sarah Bailey is a Client Engagement Specialist at Peregrine, bringing a passion for building meaningful relationships and solving problems with empathy and care. After spending five years with Peregrine from 2017-2022, Sarah is excited to rejoin the Client Engagement team in 2025. 

At work, Sarah finds true fulfillment in making connections, helping others find solutions, and seeing the impact when a challenge is resolved. She thrives on supporting her coworkers in reaching their goals and is passionate about growing professionally through caring for others and celebrating their success. She believes deeply in the power of kindness and laughter, and that through both, she can make a meaningful difference in the world. Sarah is committed to ensuring that clients and colleagues alike have what they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mom of three who enjoys wake surfing and spending quality time with her family. She deeply values the importance of work-life balance and appreciates how Peregrine supports her ability to prioritize both her career and her family life.
