Tara Stearns

Tara Stearns brings over a decade of experience in financial management, administration, and team leadership to her role at Peregrine Global Services. Prior to joining Peregrine, Tara served as Manager at Western Plains Chiropractic for nearly ten years, where she built the clinic’s financial and operational systems from the ground up. She helped grow their annual revenue from $200,000 to over $1 million. In this role, she oversaw accounting, insurance billing, compliance, human resources, and staff development, while implementing processes that improved efficiency and patient outcomes.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Gillette College. She is passionate about creating organized, efficient systems that empower teams to thrive.
